Are You Following These Acne Skin Care Treatment Rules?

Okay, let's take a personal view on this - I believe a natural acne skin care remedy is far superior to anything you buy over the counter or even most prescription remedies for acne.

An overstatement? Maybe, but only in this respect. There are some prescribed or over-the-counter medications that will help you or even completely cure your acne. But at what cost? And I'm not talking dollars and cents here, I'm talking SENSE.

There are many serious side effects from using even topicals, quite apart from prescribed medication. Some are very good, of course, but why use these when there are natural solutions that are doing nothing but good?

The point is, why would you not try to get an acne skin care regime that is natural, if one exists (and they do)? Do you not owe it to yourself to do so - to at least TRY and find such a system?

You must sleep sounder at night and look better in the day knowing your skin is being naturally treated - not laden with chemicals.

Certainly many acne sufferers seek a skin care treatment regime that involves natural acne treatment solutions. But too often they will short circuit the process by going straight to medications. Natural acne skin care treatment can often be not only safer, but just as or more effective than over-the-counter 'solutions' to acne.

Acne can be caused from a variety of factors, including a blockage of pores created by bacteria buildup and which requires the use of cleansers to clean the pores. Using effective and safe cleansers is key to achieving success in your battle with acne and quest for great skin care. The use of neem leaves for instance is a very good natural cleanser and can be taken with water. But there are many others too.

Using a good gentle wash in warm water, with lemon or other natural ingredients, can do your acne wonders, not to mention for your overall skin care health.

What you eat is also of great importance. You need to ensure that your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables is not only maintained but, if anything, enhanced. You need to eat as much fresh produce as possible for maximum, natural intake of vitamins and minerals.

There are a range of natural acne remedies available including vitamin A, zinc, tea tree oil, aloe vera and others. As always, the use of natural acne remedies need to be treated with some caution also because even natural remedies carry some risks for sufferers, particularly if they are pregnant or have certain allergies. Medical advice is often highly recommended, and especially if there are any complications resulting from the use of a natural acne remedy.

You need to ensure that the "natural" remedies you are using are genuinely natural and do not contain chemicals and other substances used for their preservation or some other purpose. You want something as natural as possible, particularly if you have skin that is susceptible to irritation or may be allergic to particular substances.

So what can you do now by way of activating a good natural acne skin care treatment regime?

The use of tea tree oil is very popular. It contains an important substance called terpense which is an effective, anti-acne substance and carries few side effects. Use it in various ways and don't over-apply.

Aloe vera is another acne skin care treatment favorite and is not just an acne-fighter, but also as a great body cleanser too with the gel from the plant being highly regarded as a great way to receive good acne skin care treatment. It can be taken either internally or externally. Aloe vera's watery gel is very good for skin care treatment and particularly good as a natural acne fighter.

Also valuable is vitamin E and zinc, both of which prove themselves time and again as effective in fighting acne. Zinc carries an immune-boosting treatment, which can be very effective in fighting bacteria buildup and vitamin E is extremely good for the skin. You can get these substances in various

Obviously cleaning is vital to achieve great acne skin care treatment and you need to be using a good, cleanser (without any harsh rubbing), including using lemon juice or blycerine. Ensure too that your hair is clean because hair on the face is a major problem for your skin care. Keep it away from the face and keep it clean.

Mostly though, good acne skin care treatment requires a good diet, use of good cleansers and good use of natural-based products.
